Members of the P-pop global sensation SB19 have announced their collaboration with Sarah Geronimo for a new song. The group, currently on their “Pagtatag” tour in the United States, revealed the collaboration during their Hollywood Boulevard performance of their hit song “Gento,” a video of which has gone viral. The track, titled “Ace Your World,” was released on various streaming platforms on August 4.
Written by SB19 member Pablo and his brother Joshua Daniel Nase, with Radkidz, “Ace Your World” is a bilingual song in English and Filipino. It encourages listeners to take control of their lives and strive to excel in whatever they do. Geronimo and SB19 aim to inspire everyone to stay strong despite challenges, emphasizing that their lives are their own destinies.
SB19, now self-managed, embarked on their “Pagtatag” world tour to promote their second EP of the same title, which includes the hit song “Gento.” The tour kicked off with shows in June at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City and later at SMX Davao. In July, the group performed in Dallas, Los Angeles, and San Francisco in the United States and has upcoming shows scheduled in New York, Washington, D.C., and Canada.
Meanwhile, Geronimo recently celebrated her 20th anniversary in the industry with a concert and released her new song “Habang Buhay” under Viva Records and her newly-created G Productions with husband Matteo Guidicelli. She is also set to perform in a show featuring Ely Buendia, Sandara Park, and the “DonBelle” tandem of Donny Pangilinan and Belle Mariano, among others.
The concert will take place at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City on August 6.
