Exciting Collaboration Between the Philippines and South Korea in 2024 Flick

In an exciting collaboration between the Philippines and South Korea, a new film set to be released in 2024 will feature Korean stars in a story set in the Philippines.

The film, titled “The Guardian,” stars Nam Woo Hyun, vocalist of Korean idol group Infinite, Park Eun Hye, known for her roles in “Steel Rain” and “Alchemy of Souls,” and Hallyu star Han Jae Seok. The movie is an action-drama about a son’s quest to save his mother, played by Nam Woo Hyun, from trouble.

The plot revolves around Park Do Jun (Nam Woo Hyun) and his mother Mi-jin (Park Eun Hye), who are Korean nationals living in the Philippines. When Mi-jin is kidnapped by a notorious gang leader (Han Jae Seok), it’s up to Do Jun to rescue her at all costs.

The film is a co-production between Parallax Studio, Robosheep Studios, GV Labs, Will Studios, Viva Films, and Ovation Productions. Robosheep Studios is known for its pioneering film, video, and VFX work in the Philippines, utilizing real-time 3D creation and virtual production technology.

“The Guardian” promises to offer viewers an immersive experience and a thrilling story of a son’s love for his mother. The collaboration between the Philippines and South Korea is sure to excite fans of both countries.
