Time Cargo-2 surpasses Am-A in rankings



Ruel Cabral’s match-winning putt secures victory for Time Cargo Logistics-2

BAGUIO CITY — In a thrilling finale to the 73rd Januarius Fil Am Invitational at the Baguio Country Club, Ruel Cabral’s clutch four-foot putt ensured a two-point victory for Time Cargo Logistics-2 over Forest Hills-2 in the Am-A division. With this last-minute win, Time Cargo ended the tournament with 86 points and a total of 431 while Forest Hills finished with 101 points and a total of 429.

Another notable victory was claimed by Uraguns-1 in the Fil A division with a score of 125-453, outperforming X1R-Ecoverde (113-439) and Chelus (118-435). Camp John Hay Golf Club was also triumphant in the Fil-B division with a final score of 111-403, as well as the Am-C division with a score of 68-356. This brought the host club’s trophies to four for the year, following the success of its senior golfers in last week’s seniors’ competition.

Additionally, other winners included Alpha Phi Omega-Team Omega (91-402) in Am-B, Avanti Transport Services/Laguna Ice (84-350) in Fil-C, Team Phoas of Uraguns (94-359) in Fil-D, Integral (61-293) in Am-D, Quickflow Forwarders (73-283) in Fil-E, and Cool Jocks (66-267) in Am-E.

Serving as title sponsor for the event was Januarius Holdings, with Toyota as the presenter in partnership with Baguio Country Club, Camp John Hay, The Manor and Forest Lodge at CJH, and Le Chef.
