28th Annual Excellence in Production Design Awards Nominees Unveiled



The nominees for the 28th Annual Excellence in Production Design Awards have been announced by The Art Directors Guild (ADG) – a prestigious event which will be held on Feb. 10 at the Ray Dolby Ballroom, Ovation Hollywood.

The awards span categories such as theatrical motion pictures, TV, commercials, music videos and animated feature films in which excellence in production design will be celebrated.

Hosting this year’s ceremony will be Emmy-nominated actor and comedian Max Greenfield.

The highlight of the event will be the induction of legendary production designer Lawrence G. Paull into the ADG Hall of Fame.

Among the nominees are Netflix’s “Squid Game: The Challenge,” “Beef,” “Barbie,” “Oppenheimer,” “The Boy and the Heron,” and “Elemental.”

The nominations also include those for various hit TV series such as “The Crown,” “The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel,” “Perry Mason,” and “The Mandalorian.”

In addition to television series, nominations are included for TV movies and limited series, commercials, and short format & music videos, with Apple and Booking.com getting nominated, among several other entries.
