Victorious Celebration as Back-to-Back Pageant King Returns Home

RJ de Vera, a native of Gerona, Tarlac, made history by winning back-to-back titles for the Philippines at the Man Hot Star International search in Thailand. Coming home to a victorious celebration at Kao Manila, de Vera was joined by fellow Misters of Filipinas winners Drei Arias, Carlo Morris Galang, and Lloyd Figueras.

De Vera’s achievement was praised as “nearly impossible” in pageantry, securing a second win for the Philippines in the annual competition, following in the footsteps of last year’s winner, Jovy Bequillo.

During the celebration at Kao Manila, MOF Founder and Head Carlo Morris Galang expressed his confidence in de Vera’s victory, attributing it to the training and preparation de Vera received at Misters of Filipinas. Galang mentioned that de Vera is still in town to fulfill his commitments in the Philippines before returning to Thailand to complete his duties as Man Hot Star International.

Kao Manila has become a prime location for pageantry-related celebrations, including the recent victory party for de Vera. Kao Manila Marketing and Sales Manager Aj Lozano highlighted the establishment’s interest in hosting events related to pageant royalty, pointing to the demographic they represent.

Also in attendance at de Vera’s victory party were MOF Tourism and Culture Universe, Drei Arias, and MOF Teenager Universe, Lloyd Figueras. According to Galang, they are already feeling the pressure of de Vera’s win, with a challenge to them to also secure wins in their respective competitions.
