Variety of fluctuations expected for fuel prices on March 5



Motorists in the Philippines are advised to prepare for mixed movements in pump prices this week. CleanFuel, SeaOil, and Shell have announced adjustments in fuel prices scheduled for Tuesday.

According to separate advisories, diesel prices will decrease by P0.40 per liter, while gasoline prices will increase by P0.50 per liter. In addition, kerosene prices will see a decrease of P0.35 per liter.

Last week, oil companies implemented a rollback in pump prices, with diesel prices going down by P0.70 per liter and gasoline prices lowered by P0.95 per liter. Kerosene prices saw a decrease of P1.10 per liter during the same period.

SeaOil and Shell’s price adjustments will go into effect at 6 a.m. on Tuesday, while CleanFuel’s adjustments will be implemented at 4:01 p.m. on the same day. Other oil firms have yet to announce their price adjustments.
