Abby Clutario Performs at Aeternitas Chapels and Columbarium to Welcome Advent Season
Singer-songwriter Abby Clutario recently performed at an intimate gathering of officers and staff of Aeternitas Chapels and Columbarium to welcome the Advent season. Clutario, an artist of GMA’s AltG Records, sang a sweet and solemn version of the popular Christmas tune “Himig ng Pasko” and also performed an original composition, “Sa Sabsaban,” as well as the “Voltes V” closing theme song, “Chichi Wo Motomete.”
The program kicked off with a speech from Aeternitas chairman Orly Francisco, who reflected on his motivation to build Aeternitas as a place to celebrate life in a bright, warm setting. Dominican priest Fr. Joemar Sibug, O.P., provided insight into the three perspectives of Advent: the physical birth of Christ, receiving Him in the heart of the believer, and being ready for His Second Coming.
The event also included the lighting of the Aeternitas Christmas tree, followed by VP for Operations Barbie Francisco leading the staff in donating gifts for a beneficiary to be announced soon. This marks a special way for Aeternitas staff to celebrate Advent.
