Pokwang believes her ex-partner’s deportation is an answered prayer.

Pokwang’s Ex Lee O’Brian Deported by Bureau of Immigration

In a recent development, Pokwang’s former partner, Lee O’Brian, has been officially deported by the Bureau of Immigration. Pokwang expressed her relief and described it as an answered prayer, stating that it will allow them to focus on the future of their daughter, Malia.

During an interview on “24 Oras,” Pokwang emphasized the importance of moving forward separately to provide for Malia’s future. She acknowledged the BI for upholding the law in this matter.

Pokwang also urged O’Brian to fulfill his financial responsibilities towards their child and mentioned that she would not deny him the chance to see Malia in the future, as he is still her father.

The deportation case was filed by Pokwang in 2023, citing that O’Brian had been working in the country without the proper permit, only on a tourist visa despite having been in the Philippines for eight years.

BI confirmed O’Brian’s deportation and added that he is now included in the agency’s blacklist, meaning he will not be able to re-enter the Philippines.
