Online Complaint Platform “Isumbong Mo Kay Chief” QR Code, Ready to Receive Complaints

The Land Transportation Office (LTO) today launched the “Issumong Mo Kay Chief” QR code, a digital service that the public can use to more easily convey complaints and suggestions, using just a cellphone.

LTO Chief Assistant Secretary Jose Arturo “Jay Art” Tugade led the posting of the “Issumbong Mo Kay Chief” QR code sticker at the Licensing Section of the LTO Central Office, East Avenue, Quezon City, one of the busiest areas in the agency.

The said QR code sticker has also been posted in LTO district and regional offices throughout the country.

In case of complaint or suggestion, it is only necessary to scan the QR code with the cellphone. From here, a survey form will appear where the details of the complaint or suggestion will be entered that can be directly read by the LTO Chief himself and will also be conveyed to the chiefs of the various agency districts.

There is also an option in the survey form regarding what the complaint is about such as slow service, rude employees, untidy LTO office area, or the presence of fixers.

“This is one of the LTO’s initiatives towards more effective service to the people and fast transactions especially since we are persistently pushing the full digitalization of the agency,” said LTO Chief Tugade.

“We encourage our compatriots to inform the LTO through this online feedback mechanism platform of the complete details of your complaints so that we can investigate and take action,” it added.
