A certain Gener Ceballos Bantayan was nabbed in a police operation in Barangay Buhanin, Davao City. He is listed as the top 6 regional level HVI.
The operation is a concerted effort among personnel of PS13 (Mandug) together with personnel from PS5 (Buhangin) and 1105th MC, RMFB 11 in coordination with PDEA XI.
Meanwhile, another suspect identified as Omar Mansul was also apprehended for violation of Republic Acts 9165 and 10591. Mansul is tagged as the top 5 regional level HVI.
He was arrested during the conduct of Regional Simultaneous Anti-Criminality and Law Enforcement Operation (SACLEO) thru One Time Big Time (OTBT).
Seized items include:
* One color black coin purse;
*One Caliber .38 revolver;
*Four live ammunitions;
* Four genuine Philippine currency bill amounting to PHP 240.00 in different denominations;
*One five hundred peso bill with ten pieces of one thousand bogus money (Buy-bust Money).
