The fight ended at the 1:33 mark of the fourth round when Marcial landed a powerful left uppercut that knocked Sinam out cold.
Sinam attempted a body punch, but Marcial’s precise counterattack proved to be too much for him. Despite the referee’s 10-count, Sinam was unable to stand back up after the devastating blow and required medical attention before eventually getting back on his feet.
