Legacy’s Journey Towards Triumph and Spectacular Conclusion Begins



“Voltes V: Legacy” Set to Conclude in an Electrifying Finale on September 8

The highly anticipated final battle for liberation is just around the corner as “Voltes V: Legacy” gears up for its ultra electro-magnetic finale on September 8. The entire nation is ready to volt-in for one last time as Voltes V and Solar Bird join forces against the Boazanians and beast fighters. However, their fight against the oppressive forces will not be an easy one.

Steve Armstrong, Jamie Robinson, Mark Gordon, Little Jon Armstrong, and Big Bert Armstrong must find a way to defeat the powerful God of War and save planet Earth. As the series nears its conclusion, emotions run high for the cast members.

Kapuso Ultimate Heartthrob Miguel Tanfelix reflects on the four-year journey, stating, “Lahat ng pinagdaanan namin sa loob ng 4 years, nag-flashback sakin nung sinabing it’s a wrap.” Tanfelix expresses both sadness and excitement as he looks forward to the audience experiencing the bigger picture of their hard work.

Ysabel Ortega emphasizes the pride she feels in being a part of this live-action adaptation, stating, “Most of the time when there’s a project, iisipin ko na maganda at malaking step siya para sa career ko. Pero itong ‘Voltes V: Legacy’ masasabi ko na para siya sa buong Pilipinas.” She credits the entire GMA team for their hands-on approach, making her feel honored and grateful.

Radson Flores cherishes the close bond formed on set, mentioning, “Sa set, pinaka-favorite ko ‘yung little things na ginagawa namin para sa isa’t isa. […] Sa labas ng set naman, mami-miss ko mga spontaneous outing namin.” The camaraderie among the cast members will be greatly missed.

Raphael Landicho recounts the challenging scenes he had to film, stating, “Yung nakikipag-away kami sa beast fighters. Ang hirap mag-imagine na kunyari nasasaktan o nakukuryente kami.” He also mentions memorable moments, such as building Octo-1 and riding a dolphin for the first time.

Matt Lozano acknowledges the struggles they faced throughout the show and expresses his pride in being a part of such an iconic anime. He states, “Hindi ko naman akalain na mapapasama ako sa isang iconic anime na pinapanood ko lang noong bata ako.”

Director Mark Reyes reflects on the achievements of the adaptation, mentioning the overwhelming global reactions to the show. He says, “It’s very touching. That’s the biggest achievement. We said hello, world! GMA can do something like this and we’re proud of what we’ve done.”
