Job Summary

MonetizeMore’s Training team is looking for a Talent Development Trainer to help create diverse training content, collaborate with members at all levels, and foster a culture of continuous learning to enhance skills and drive overall talent development within the organization.

What you’ll do

  • Focus: A talent development trainer is concerned with enhancing the overall skills, knowledge, and capabilities of employees throughout the organization.
  • Content: Talent Development Trainer should create training content that is diverse and covers various aspects of professional and personal development, including leadership skills, communication, problem-solving, diversity and inclusion, time management, and more.
  • Audience: Talent development trainers work with employees at all levels within the organization, helping them improve their skills to excel in their roles and advance in their careers.
  • Goal: The main goal of a talent development trainer is to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth within the organization, supporting employees’ long-term development and potential.
  • Expertise: Talent development trainers often require a broader range of skills in instructional design, needs assessment, learning theory, and organizational development.
  • Talent Management: Working with HR and management to identify high-potential employees and developing tailored development plans to nurture their talents and support their career growth.
  • Performance Metrics: Success is often measured based on employee satisfaction, engagement, skill improvement, and overall talent development within the organization.

Who you are

  • Education: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Training and Certification: Professional certifications in talent development, training, or learning and development can be valuable. Some recognized certifications include Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP), Certified Professional Trainer (CPT), or other industry-specific certifications.
  • Experience: Previous experience in talent development, training, or learning and development roles is usually preferred. This may include experience in instructional design, training facilitation, performance management, leadership development, and employee development.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for delivering effective training sessions, creating training materials, and interacting with employees at all levels.
  • Presentation Skills: A talent development trainer must be able to engage and captivate audiences during training sessions, workshops, and presentations.
  • Instructional Design: Proficiency in instructional design principles to create effective and engaging training content that meets the specific learning objectives.
  • Needs Assessment: Ability to conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities within the organization.
  • Curriculum Development: Experience in designing and developing comprehensive training programs and curricula for various employee levels and roles.
  • Learning Management Systems (LMS): Familiarity with learning management systems for organizing, delivering, and tracking training programs.
  • Adult Learning Theory: Understanding of adult learning principles and how to apply them in training design and delivery.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Effective interpersonal skills to build rapport with employees, managers, and stakeholders, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • Analytical Skills: Capability to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through data analysis, feedback collection, and making data-driven improvements.
  • Organizational Development: Knowledge of organizational development concepts and practices to align training initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with various training tools, multimedia, and e-learning platforms to create engaging and interactive training materials.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt training approaches to meet the diverse needs of different learners and respond to changes in the organization.
  • Leadership Development: Understanding of leadership development principles and experience in designing and delivering leadership training programs.
  • Project Management: Skills to manage multiple training initiatives, meet deadlines, and coordinate resources effectively.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding the business context and aligning training efforts with the organization’s strategic goals.
