Bose has recently unveiled their upcoming headphone model, the Bose QuietComfort Ultra, and this exciting information has been exclusively reported by The Verge. In their report, Bose has shared key details about the design and features of the new Bose QuietComfort Ultra.
Images accompanying the report showcase notable enhancements, including a sleek dedicated volume slider positioned on the right earcup. The overall design bears a resemblance to the premium Bose QuietComfort 45 headphones, boasting the convenient ability to fold down—an advantage not found in the Bose Noise Canceling Headphones 700.
The article by The Verge also confirms that Bose is introducing an innovative feature called Immersive Audio mode, aimed at delivering spatial audio with added depth. This mode offers users two choices: a “still” option for stationary use and a “motion” option catering to users on the move.
The new Immersive Audio mode complements the existing Quiet/Noise Cancellation and Aware/Transparency modes. Notably, the headphones will incorporate ActiveSense technology while in transparency mode, automatically adjusting noise cancellation levels based on the surrounding environment.
Upon purchase, the headphones will come with a 2.5mm to 3.5mm headphone jack and a USB-C to USB-A charging cable, enhancing connectivity options.
Rumors circulating also suggest that the headphones will possess a smart feature that automatically pauses playback upon removal and resumes when worn again.
