Several renowned Filipino artists are set to perform at the Bicol Loco Hot Air Festival in Albay this weekend. The lineup includes Sarah Geronimo, Bamboo, Jericho Rosales, and Ely Buendia.
Taking place from May 3 to 5, the festival will kick off with morning flights showcasing the breathtaking views of the iconic Mayon Volcano. Organized by Ako Bicol Party-List Rep. Zaldy Co, the event aims to showcase the majestic beauty of Mayon Volcano and the vibrant culture of the Bicol region.
The festival will feature nightly musical performances by local talents, highlighting the region’s rich cultural heritage and musical traditions. With hot air ballooning during the day and concerts at night, the event promises to celebrate the adventurous spirit and musical heritage of Bicol.
Bicol, known for its distinct culture, natural beauty, and cuisine, is comprised of six provinces – Albay, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Catanduanes, Masbate, and Sorsogon. The region boasts a rich cultural heritage and is famous for its vibrant festivals and spicy coconut-based dishes like Bicol Express and Laing.
