Pagasa Forecast: Rain expected in most of Philippines, possible clear skies in Metro Manila

Rain is expected to continue across a large part of the Philippines due to the southwest monsoon, or habagat, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa). While clear skies are possible in some areas of Luzon, including Metro Manila, on Thursday, rains will persist in the western sections of Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

Pagasa also stated that no tropical cyclones or low pressure areas are expected to affect the country in the coming days. Fair weather conditions, with occasional sunshine and partly cloudy skies, are forecasted for the rest of Luzon, including Metro Manila.
