Kapuso stars Michael V. and Manilyn Reynes surprised viewers of the noontime show “It’s Showtime” with their appearance and performance alongside their longtime friend, show host Ogie Alcasid.
In the August 19 episode, Alcasid sang his OPM hit songs “Pangako,” “Bakit Ngayon Ka Lang,” and “Dito sa Puso Ko” with Reynes and Michael V. during his production number for his upcoming birthday. The other hosts of the show, including Vice Ganda, Kim Chiu, Vhong Navarro, Karylle, and Jugs Jugueta, were also taken by surprise by the celebrity guests.
