Expect a rollback in oil prices on February 27

Oil prices are set to go down in the last week of February as several oil companies in the Philippines announced a price rollback.

CleanFuel, SeaOil, and Shell have all released advisories stating that there will be a decrease in fuel prices starting on Tuesday. Diesel prices will be reduced by P0.70 per liter, gasoline prices by P0.95 per liter, and kerosene prices by P1.10 per liter.

This rollback comes after a previous increase in pump prices last week, where diesel prices went up by P1.10 per liter, gasoline prices by P1.60 per liter, and kerosene prices by P1.05 per liter.

SeaOil and Shell will implement their price adjustments at 6 a.m. on Tuesday, while CleanFuel’s adjustments will be made at 4:01 p.m. on the same day. Other oil firms have not yet announced their price adjustments.
