Actress Calls Out Airline for Sudden Flight Cancellation

MANILA, Philippines — Actress Alex Gonzaga expressed her frustration towards an airline company after her husband’s flight was unexpectedly canceled.

Taking to her Facebook account, Alex sought assistance from the airline, criticizing them for the last-minute cancellation and the two-day ticket rescheduling.

Facing difficulty in reaching the airline’s hotline, Alex wrote, “Hi, super hassle of Philippine Airlines to suddenly CANCEL the flight and then move the ticket for 2 days. Your hotline is not answering. Who can I talk to? I hope passengers have a choice. That’s unbelievable.”

In response to Alex’s post, the airline commented, acknowledging the inconvenience caused and apologizing for any disruptions to their travel plans. The airline explained that the flight cancellation was necessary due to unforeseen maintenance requirements, prioritizing the safety of all passengers.

This incident comes after Alex’s husband, Mikee Morada, recently made headlines for a separate controversy involving the wrongful act towards a waiter.
