Actress Vina Morales recently revealed that actor-turned-politician Robin Padilla is her favorite leading man. The two have starred in three movies together, and Morales expressed her gratitude for how well Padilla treated her on set.
Morales also mentioned that aside from their professional relationship, the two were also former lovers in real life. She attributed their on-screen chemistry to the reason why audiences enjoyed watching them together.
In addition, Morales shared her experience working with other leading men in the industry, such as Senator Bong Revilla, Vic Sotto, Rudy Fernandez, Lito Lapid, and Jinggoy Estrada.
It is worth noting that Morales campaigned for Padilla during his senate run in 2022. Padilla is now a senator and is married to actress-host Mariel Rodriguez, while Morales was last rumored to be dating non-showbiz personality Andrew Kovalcin in 2023.
