Coast Guard Commodore Edgardo Hernando, Commander, Coast Guard Special Operations Force together with other officers and non-officers of Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) larticipated in the 87th Armed Forces of the Philippines Founding Anniversary Fun Run held at the Camp General Emilio Aguinaldo, Quezon City on 09 December 2022.
Awards garnered by the PCG are as follows:

Second Place: 5KM – Officers (Generals) category

Second Place: 10KM Officers Female (2LT-CPT) category
🥈 CG ENS KEVIN CLEVE E FANTILLAGA
Second Place: 10KM Officers Male (2LT-CPT) category
This sport activity was joined by various uniformed branches of services like the Philippine Army, Philippine Navy, Philippines Air Force, Philippine National Police, Philippine Coast Guard, Bureau of Jail Management and Penology, and the Bureau of Fire Protection with an endpoint of promoting physical fitness.
Said activity aims to encourage men and women in uniform to continue their passion in sports despite the negative effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.
