MTV EMA Unveils Nominees for 2023



2023 MTV Europe Music Awards Nominees Announced

On October 4th, the nominees for the highly anticipated 2023 MTV Europe Music Awards (MTV EMA) were revealed. This year’s ceremony, set to take place on November 5th at Paris Nord Villepinte, will be broadcast live on MTV in over 150 countries, as well as on Pluto TV globally. Additionally, fans will be able to catch the event on demand on Paramount+.

Leading the pack of nominations is global superstar Taylor Swift, who secured an impressive seven nods, including Best Artist and Best Video. Hot on her heels are rising stars Olivia Rodrigo and SZA, each earning six nominations. Not far behind, Doja Cat, Måneskin, Miley Cyrus, and Nicki Minaj each received four nominations. A notable mention goes to BTS’ Jungkook, who received three solo nominations, including Best Song for his track “Seven (feat. Latto),” Best K-pop, and Biggest Fans.

Speaking of K-pop, the category for Best K-pop features a diverse lineup of talented groups, including NewJeans, Stray Kids, Seventeen, Fifty Fifty, and Tomorrow X Together. Fans will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite artists on www.mtvema.com until October 31st.
