Liza Soberano stuns in P2M jewelry and black Anthony Ramirez dress at Vietnam film fest



BORACAY, Philippines— The recently debuted Hollywood Filipina actress Liza Soberano made a striking impression at the first-ever Ho Chi Minh City International Film Festival in Vietnam last week.

The actress, who served as a juror at the film festival, donned a sleeveless black gown designed by Anthony Ramirez that accentuated her stunning figure.

The gown featured a draped neckline and a sheer cape, adding to Liza’s overall elegant appearance as she graced the red carpet and stage.

To elevate her look, Liza wore earrings and a bangle from Tiffany and Co. with a combined value of approximately P2.16 million. The jewelry pieces included a T1 Narrow Pavé Diamond Hinged Bangle in Rose Gold priced at $21,000 (P1.19 million) and Large Link Earrings in Yellow Gold with Pavé Diamonds valued at $17,000 (P966,000) according to the company’s website.

Completing her glamorous ensemble were makeup by Mickey See, hair styled by Renz Pangilinan, and outfit coordination by Perry Tabora.

During the event, Filipino filmmaker Sheron Dayoc’s film “Gospel of the Beast” earned the Golden Star Award for Best Southeast Asian Film. Liza presented the Best Actress award to Vietnam’s Thi Diu Ta for her role in “Oasis of Now.”

Liza Soberano, alongside other distinguished personalities like Oscar-winning editor Tom Cross and film producer John Badalu, served as a judge for the First or Second Film Category.

In an Instagram post, Liza expressed her excitement and honor in being a jury member at the film festival, describing it as a platform showcasing talented filmmakers from around the globe.

She added, “Truly so inspired to continue working in an industry that encourages freedom of expression and challenges the way we think.”
