Kiko Matos Celebrates as Motivational Speaker Rendon Labador Gets Banned from Social Media
Actor and mixed martial artist Kiko Matos is rejoicing after self-proclaimed motivational speaker Rendon Labador was barred from various social media platforms. Matos had openly criticized Labador on social media, leading to a series of posts from Matos expressing his sarcastic condolences over Labador’s deleted Facebook account.
Matos, known for his candid remarks on social media, lamented the loss of Labador’s social media presence, stating, “As a content creator, it’s hard to lose a platform like Facebook.” In a five-minute message addressed to Labador on September 7, Matos harshly expressed his sentiments, saying, “Condolences for losing your Facebook page, but it’s good for you… it’s good that your Facebook is gone!”
Later that same day, Matos posted another message of condolences to Labador, further mocking his absence from Facebook. The following day, Matos posted two pictures ridiculing Labador for not having a Facebook account. The captions of the photos read, “Good morning, Philippines! Except for RENDON Labador because he doesn’t have FACEBOOK!” and “It doesn’t matter if you don’t have hair as long as you have FB.”
The feud between Matos and Labador dates back to July 2021 when the two social media influencers faced off in the Battle of the YouTubers, during which Labador physically assaulted Matos.
Labador’s ban from social media raises questions about the boundaries of online behavior and the consequences one might face for their actions. Matos, on the other hand, is reveling in Labador’s absence from the digital sphere, highlighting the power and impact of social media platforms on content creators.
