❓ What The Team is Like
Being part of the Content team means creating core memories through your art. You’ll be collaborating with our storytellers in capturing the struggles and truths of the average student gamer, finding heroic arcs in any story. In this role, you will help breathe life into the characters and world we want to be build.
Through your stay, you’ll be able to work with our veteran producers in creating content that matters, understand how content evolves and shaping it through the community’s pulse and the values of our times.

👀 What You’ll Be Doing
Work with our R&D team to sketch, brainstorm, and iterate on concepts for characters, locations, objects for an unannounced world
Turn written ideas to life by using a variety of visual methods, from drawing sketches to finding and compositing reference images
Develop detailed concept art and orthographs for our partner studios to implement into final illustrations and animations
Help maintain and create references for material and anatomical accuracy in our world
🎖️ Qualifications
Proficient Concept Artist: 2+ years of experience as a Concept Artist in the video game, animation, or relevant industry with an established portfolio
Fundamentals: Has knowledge and working proficiency with:
Human anatomy
Animal anatomy
Prop design
Environment design
Color and value structure
Tools: Proficient in Photoshop or other painting and design tools of your choice
Versatile: Can create designs using inspiration from:
Historical eras and references
Fantasy and sci-fi themes
Pop culture references
Anime and video games
Values-Driven & Youth Focused. You strongly believe in youth empowerment and have a good grasp of their needs and struggles.
Strong Communicator: Proficient writing, communication and presentation skills in both English and ideally, a SEA language.
Be Part of the Grind. Identify areas for growth as we grow with you. Be proactive and vocal in finding ways to level up yourself, your project and team mates. Adjust to the startup culture and activate in multiple projects when able, and relevant to your metrics.

Student Oriented. You’ve worked with products or projects that caters to students.
Polyglot. You are proficient in other languages or dialects in the PH or APAC region preferably Bisaya, Cebuano, Hiligaynon, Surigaonon, Tausug, Maranao, Maguindanao, and Chavacano, Chinese, Bahasa Indonesia, Vietnamese, Bahasa Malay, Cantonese.
Pop Culture Veteran. Learn and immerse yourself on several game titles. Be a fan of your own work and grow communities with heart.
Effective Brainstormer. Can command a room with their ideas whether to create or iterate on the current company needs.
Familiar with regional culture and trends in SEA, Brazil, or South Korea.
Familiar with Discord API + Bot Development.
⏱️ Interview Process
Depending on the role, estimated time will be fifteen (15) working days or around two (2) weeks. We do all interviews online.
Introductory Call (30 mins) with our Human Capital Team
Skill Check to be submitted before or after Team Lead call.*
Team Lead Call (45-60 mins) with your prospective team and/or supervisor.
Culture Fit Calls (30-60 mins) with our three co-founders.
