Xiaomi’s Redmi A2 Plus Review: An Affordable Powerhouse for Budget Smartphone Seekers

Xiaomi is renowned for producing smartphones that offer great value for money, making them a popular choice, especially among those seeking entry-level devices. Their latest release, the Redmi A2, has now arrived in the Philippines, retailing for less than Php4,000.

The Redmi A2 Plus aims to deliver a comprehensive experience, considering its affordable price tag. Running on a MediaTek Helio G36 octa-core processor, coupled with 3GB of RAM and 64GB of expandable storage, it ensures smooth performance for daily tasks.

Featuring a 6.52-inch HD+ IPS display with a 60Hz refresh rate, the device offers a satisfactory visual experience, although it might not be the absolute best at this price range. It lacks stereo speakers but does boast a decent single loudspeaker. Security is taken care of by a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner and face unlock feature.
