Vivo has recently unveiled the Y27, a remarkable entry-level smartphone that boasts an exceptional camera.
Under the hood, the Vivo Y27 runs on a potent MediaTek Helio G85 octa-core processor, combined with 6GB of RAM and a respectable 128GB of internal storage. Unfortunately, expandable storage is not an option as there is no microSD card slot.
The front of the device showcases a generous 6.64-inch FHD+ IPS display, featuring a discreet waterdrop notch housing the 8-megapixel selfie camera. On the back, the phone displays a clean and distinct design, with gold rings highlighting the two lenses. The primary 50-megapixel camera takes the lead, accompanied by a 2-megapixel portrait sensor.
Powering the Vivo Y27 is a standard 5,000mAh battery, complemented by the swift 44W FlashCharge technology. The smartphone comes pre-installed with Android 13-based FuntouchOS 13.
Currently available in Malaysia at MYR699 (~Php8,400) and in India at INR14,999 (~Php9,900), the release in the Philippines remains uncertain at this time.
