PLDT Enterprise has achieved the status of an Advanced Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP) partner as the company continues to enhance its cybersecurity infrastructure. The firm has specialized in Fortinet’s cloud-based, secure software-defined wide area network (SD-WAN) and has become the first telecommunication company in the Philippines to secure this specialization.
Through the use of Secure SD-WAN technology, PLDT Enterprise is able to provide secure networking solutions to its business enterprise clients and partners. This is particularly important as business operations and data storage increasingly rely on cloud technology. The company will receive operational support from Fortinet, which has Network Security Expert (NSE) certifications in managing SD-WAN technologies.
