Two of the Philippines’ beloved stars, Paulo Avelino and Kim Chiu, have teamed up for a local adaptation of the hit K-drama “What’s Wrong With Secretary Kim.” Avelino, who has openly expressed his desire to work with Chiu for years, finally got the chance to collaborate with her on this project.

The story follows a secretary who suddenly resigns, causing her arrogant boss to make desperate attempts to make her stay. Avelino and Chiu take the lead roles in this adaptation, bringing their own charm and chemistry to the series.

During a press conference for the show, Avelino praised Chiu for her professionalism and innate ability to set the tone and energy on set. He mentioned that working with Chiu has been a delightful experience and that she brings a refreshing bubbly energy to their scenes.

Chiu, on the other hand, commended Avelino for his consistency and passion for the craft. She noted that they share a strong work ethic and similar likes, making their collaboration smooth and enjoyable.
