The Annual Stockholders’ Meeting of Manila Electric Company (Meralco) is scheduled to take place virtually on Tuesday, May 28, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. The meeting will be conducted online via a designated link provided by Meralco.
Stockholders are informed that the agenda for the meeting includes various items such as the approval of the 2023 Audited Consolidated Financial Statements, the election of directors for the upcoming year, and the appointment of external auditors, among others. The minutes of the 2023 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will also be available for review at the Office of the Corporate Secretary and on Meralco’s official website.
In order to participate in the meeting, stockholders must submit their proxies by May 7, 2024, and validation of proxies will take place on May 15, 2024. The meeting will be streamed live for those who wish to attend remotely, with the option to vote online using the provided portal.
