Requirements for Application of Amnesty: Non-Compliant Corporations

The Securities and Exchange Commission is granting an amnesty, in the form of a waiver or reduction of fines, for the non-filing and late filing of the General Information Sheet (GIS), Annual Financial Statement (AFS), and Non-Compliance with MC 28.

The following are the required documents for the application of amnesty for 𝐍𝐎𝐍-𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐏𝐋𝐈𝐀𝐍𝐓 𝐂𝐎𝐑𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒:

✅ Proof of Authority for representative or registered agent of the corporation
✅ Notarized Expression of Interest to Avail of Amnesty
✅ Proof of MC 28 compliance
✅ Notarized Application for Amnesty of Fines and Penalties
✅ Latest due AFS or undertaking to submit AFS within 45 calendar days from the issuance of confirmation of payment
✅ Latest due Amended FS, if any
✅ Latest due GIS
✅ Latest due Amended GIS, if any
