Job description: Role Pitch Our fast-growing training team is looking for a passionate and experienced Product Trainer who will be involved in teaching customers, partners, and internal employees. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role within CloudPay to ensure the quality of our global training delivery and certification programs, working with cutting-edge content creation and learning management tools.
Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include: Professionally training customers and partners both remotely and in person On-board new starters and delivering internal training on our new products and features Generate high-quality learning materials in a range of interactive media Work with subject matter experts to plan and update training programs Work as an admin in our Learning Management System Schedule and organize training sessions.
Attributes and Experience Required: A proven track record in remote and classroom-based Product Training delivery, ideally on a software-based product. Exceptional written English communication, teaching, and presentation skills Interactive content creation and LMS management experience Excellent training, interpersonal and organizational skills Microsoft Office and Adobe CC proficiency Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure with attention to detail Ability to think critically and draw from several resources to create simple, unified, engaging output Eagerness to develop new skills Ability to work efficiently both within a team and independently.
