Fire Engulfs Appliance Store in Marilao, Bulacan
Marilao, Bulacan – An appliance store in Barangay Prenza 2, Marilao, Bulacan was engulfed by a devastating fire on Sunday, August 27. The incident took place at Unihome General Mechandize, a business establishment in Barangay Lome De Gato.
According to the initial investigation conducted by the Marilao police station, the fire started at around 11:00 in the morning and was reported to the police at approximately 1:30 in the afternoon.
Upon receiving the report, the Marilao police immediately rushed to the scene and called the attention of the Marilao Fire Station as well as the nearby Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) for assistance.
The BFP has not yet released a report regarding the fire incident.
The Marilao police secured the perimeter of the area upon arrival and managed to control the flow of traffic to ensure the safety of bystanders and responders.
Fortunately, no casualties have been reported as of press time. However, the total amount of damages caused by the fire is yet to be determined.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation, as authorities work to uncover the events that led to the devastating incident.
