IMPORTANT REMINDERS for the 26 March 2023 CSE-PPT Passers:
Certification of Eligibility
- Certification of Eligibility for passers (printed on CSC letterhead, free of charge) shall be issued through the CSC Regional/Field Offices by 11 July 2023.
• PASSERS ARE ADVISED TO VERIFY/CHECK FIRST THE AVAILABILITY OF THE CERTIFICATION BEFORE GOING TO THE CSC REGIONAL/FIELD OFFICES.
• Passers are further advised to personally claim their Certification of Eligibility at the CSC Regional/Field Offices. In claiming the Certification, passers must present any of the accepted I.D. cards for civil service exam. (click HERE for the list of accepted I.D. cards)
- Passers may also opt to apply for regular Certification of Eligibility (printed on special paper at cost) also starting 11 July 2023. The special paper printed CoE and its authenticated copy/ies may be applied for and obtained from any of the 16 CSC ROs nationwide, regardless of the place of examination. For further details/any concerns, including securing a schedule/appointment in applying for the Certification of Eligibility as applicable, please contact/communicate directly with the CSC Regional Office.
Online Test Results
Examinees, both passed and failed, can generate their individual test results using the Online Civil Service Examination Results Generation System (OCSERGS) by 24 June 2023. To use the OCSERGS, examinees shall be required to input their date, type and place of examination, and personal information. The OCSERGS can be accessed through the CSC Website at www.csc.gov.ph, or through the link OCSERGS (csc.gov.ph)
