Infrastructure Provided to Davao City Village by Representative Duterte

Infrastructures Turned Over to Barangay Langub in Davao City

In a commendable move, Davao City Rep. Paolo “Pulong” Duterte, represented by his son Rodrigo “Rigo” Duterte II, handed over various infrastructures to Barangay Langub in Ma-a District on September 13, Wednesday afternoon.

The Barangay Langub Chairman, Leilani Bacalso, expressed gratitude to Rep. Duterte for providing three multi-purpose buildings in Zone 2, 3, and 4, a senior citizens’ building, a senior high school building, a covered court, a barangay hall, and a farm-to-market road.

Bacalso also extended appreciation to the First Congressional District Office for the two inverter air conditioners donated to the barangay hall. These new facilities will serve as a hub for community gatherings and services offered by the barangay and city government agencies.

“Without these facilities and roads, Langub would still be in a difficult situation. The infrastructure provided by Congressman Pulong has greatly helped many people here. I am so happy about such progress in our barangay,” Bacalso remarked.

Rodrigo II, named after his grandfather, former President Rodrigo Duterte, urged the barangay to take good care of the newly established infrastructures. He expressed gratitude to the barangay for their continuous support and assured them that his father would persistently work on the development of his district and assist all the city’s residents.

Pastor Ricky Anrisio, during the consecration of the barangay hall, emphasized that the progress witnessed in Langub would not have been possible without the significant efforts of Rep. Duterte and his office. Anrisio encouraged the residents to use the newly built infrastructure for the greater glory of God.
