JOB DESCRIPTION Under immediate supervision, candidates for the position shall perform the following functions aside from other duties and responsibilities to be assigned by their supervisor: Functions and Responsibilities: -Draft memoranda and basic legal documents -Assist lawyers in case management especially but not limited to transcription of cases’ stenographic notes and other related activities -Take action on concerns pertaining to records management -Manage property and supply accountabilities of the office -Provide support in finance and procurement activities of the office -Assist in applicable system administration/computer application management and infrastructure management -Attend to assigned administrative duties and responsibilities -From time to time, the Director may assign other related tasks and responsibilities.
