We wish to inform you of the Contract of Service vacant position under AICS of DSWD Regional Office 10 with the following minimum qualification standards:

(2) SOCIAL WELFARE ASSISTANT
SG 8– P 18, 998.00
Area of Assignment: OZAMIZ SATELLITE OFFICE, MISAMIS OCCIDENTAL

CSC Minimum Qualification Standards:
Education : BACHELOR’S DEGREE RELEVANT TO THE JOB
Experience : AT LEAST ONE (1) YEAR RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
Training : AT LEAST FOUR (4) HOURS RELEVANT TRAINING
Eligibility : NONE REQUIRED

Preferred Competency-based Qualifications:
Education : BACHELOR’S DEGREE RELEVANT TO THE JOB
Experience : AT LEAST ONE (1) YEAR RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
Training : AT LEAST FOUR (4) HOURS RELEVANT TRAINING
Eligibility : NONE REQUIRED

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Performs clerical works such as typing, posting, filing, performs highly skilled clerical tasks such as technical reports certifications, endorsements;
2. Maintains all reports and records;
3. Maintains and knows how to explain records related to office functions and services
4. Encode/input data from GIS to CriMS;
5. Communicate with the concerned staff like the Social Workers for any inconsistency or lacking information on GIS;
6. Actions to possible urgent communications/reports requested by the Central Office and other stakeholders.

Applicants should be guided by the following Criteria for Evaluation for SOCIAL WELFARE ASSISTANT:
• Education (E) 25%
• Training (T) 10%
• Experience (E) 25%
• Written Exam (WE) 25%
• Competency-Based Interview (CBI) 10%
• IPCR or Any Related Performance Assessment/Review 5%
TOTAL 100%

Cut-off Scores:
1. Initial Shortlisting: Obtain 75% or 45 points of the maximum total score of the ETE.
2. The top five highest ratings but the overall rating should not be less than 80%.
