Renowned songwriter David Foster recently praised some of the top Original Pilipino Music (OPM) singers during a media conference for the “HITMAN: David Foster and Friends Asia Tour 2024.”
David expressed his admiration for Martin Nievera, Jake Zyrus, and Morissette Amon. He described Martin as a close friend, saying, “Martin is very fabulous. I love him like a brother — this jacket he gave me.”
He also had high praise for Jake, formerly known as Charice, saying, “Jake is amazing. I still get people asking me every day, like, ‘Thank you for Jake.'”
Regarding Morissette, David expressed his belief that she is a global superstar, saying, “I’ve worked with her before, and she’s amazing.”
David, along with his special guests, is eagerly anticipating their performance at the upcoming “HITMAN: David Foster and Friends Asia Tour 2024” at the Smart Araneta Coliseum on June 18, 2024.
