Business Buzz: Bulacan’s Prosperity and AcroCity’s Expansion

Bulacan, Philippines – A new commercial and industrial township in Guiguinto, Bulacan is set to boost the economic growth potential of the province. Dubbed “AcroCity,” the P2-billion project is being developed by the CZM group of companies and covers an area of over 20 hectares.

AcroCity is envisioned to be a lifestyle hub catering to the needs of the surrounding communities and nearby residents, including those from Metro Manila. According to the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Bulacan has been identified as the next growth center due to its adequate labor force and proximity to the National Capital Region. Additionally, the province is benefiting from big-ticket infrastructure projects being undertaken by both the private sector and the government.

Last week, CZM launched the NDW Plaza project, which will serve as AcroCity’s community and town center with a focus on wellness. The plaza will feature a world-class dialysis center, and may also include a diagnostic center and beauty treatment clinics. A fitness gym, bank, and retail spaces will complement the existing leisure and commercial offerings.

CZM executive vice president Caesar Angelo Wongchuking Jr. stated, “With AcroCity, we are not merely constructing properties; we are building dreams and forging connections that have the power to transform lives. Our vision is to create a vibrant community at the heart of Bulacan, where businesses thrive, residents flourish, and dreams are realized.”

Expect more commercial and infrastructure projects to break ground in Bulacan in the coming months as the local scene heats up.
