Seventeen’s “Seventeenth Heaven” Tops South Korea’s Hanteo Chart for October with 5.17 Million Copies Sold
South Korean music chart Hanteo Chart has released its list of top-selling albums for the month of October. Topping the chart is K-pop group Seventeen’s record-breaking album “Seventeenth Heaven,” which sold 5.17 million copies during the month, equivalent to a physical record index (PRI) score of 5.96 million. PRI is a combination of album sales and album price, which is now being used by Hanteo Chart to rank albums.
In second place is Tomorrow X Together’s album “The Name Chapter: Freefall,” selling 2.28 million copies, or a PRI of 2.49 million. Girl group IVE’s album “I’ve MINE” follows in third place with 1.63 million copies sold, or a PRI of 1.89 million. NCT 127’s “Fact Check” takes the fourth spot with 1.82 million copies sold (1.85 million PRI).
