The Meralco chairman and CEO, Manny V. Pangilinan, made a surprise visit to the Bolts’ practice gym before Game Six of the PBA Philippine Cup semifinal series against Barangay Ginebra. With the Bolts trailing 2-3 in the series and facing elimination with one more loss, Pangilinan took the opportunity to speak to the team and offer his support.
