Heart Evangelista and Tessa Prieto admire Gideon Hermosa’s Dolce & Gabbana-inspired installations

A top events stylist used over 3,000 fresh lemons and 10,000 stems of local and international flowers to create Dolce & Gabbana-inspired design vignettes for socialites Heart Evangelista, Tessa Prieto, and others at Greenbelt 5 in Makati City.

Inspired by the theme “La Dolce Vita” or “Life is Beautiful,” Gideon Hermosa collaborated with Opulence Design Concept to showcase stunning floral installations based on Dolce & Gabbana (D&G) Casa’s signature motifs. The designs included Carretto Siciliano, Blu Mediterraneo, Leopardo, and Zebra.

Heart Evangelista served as the muse for Carretto Siciliano, while Tessa Prieto represented Leopard. Rosanna Ocampo and Chat Fores were the muses for Blu Mediterraneo and Zebra, respectively.

Hermosa, a self-proclaimed D&G fan, expressed excitement when he was approached for the project, citing his love for the brand’s colors and patterns. He and his team at Opulence Design Concept planned and set up the vignettes in less than two weeks.

The designs were inspired by Italian elements, with each vignette tailored to reflect the personality of the muse. The collection embodies the essence of Italian craftsmanship, tradition, and innovation, curated by the iconic fashion house.

The D&G Casa collection is available at the pop-up store until mid-July, offering a wide array of dinnerware, bathroom textile pieces, and living accessories rooted in Italian culture.
