Dennis Trillo’s manager denies making insensitive comments about ABS-CBN

Kapuso actor’s manager dispels rumors of disrespect towards ABS-CBN

In a recent statement, Kapuso actor Dennis Trillo’s manager Becky Aguila clarified that the actor has no intention of making disrespectful remarks against ABS-CBN. Aguila emphasized that Trillo is a humble and respectful individual who would not engage in insensitive comments towards his home network or colleagues.

Addressing alleged comments attributed to Trillo on TikTok, Aguila asserted that the actor’s account had been hacked, leading to the dissemination of false information. She urged the public to refrain from spreading malicious accusations online and emphasized Trillo’s history of professionalism and loyalty to ABS-CBN, where he first gained recognition through Star Circle.

Furthermore, Aguila debunked rumors suggesting that Trillo’s wife, Jennylyn Mercado, would be transferring to ABS-CBN. She clarified that Mercado remains a loyal artist of GMA and dismissed speculations about a network switch. Aguila explained that Mercado’s absence from a recent station ID was due to scheduling conflicts and reiterated her commitment to GMA.

The talent agency representing Trillo previously addressed the hacking incident on his TikTok account, emphasizing the actor’s innocence in the matter. With Aguila’s statements, the issue is expected to be resolved, and Trillo’s reputation preserved.
