Brownlee, the ‘Big moment guy’, should be in the NBA according to Cone

In a stunning display of skill and talent, Barangay Ginebra’s Justin Brownlee has been dominating the competition in Riga, Latvia. The Gilas Pilipinas head coach, Tim Cone, has praised Brownlee, stating that he believes the forward belongs in the NBA.

In the recent games in Riga, Brownlee has been averaging impressive stats of 27 points, 8.5 rebounds, and 8.5 assists per game. He led the Philippine team to a surprise victory over Latvia, ranked sixth in the world, with a score of 89-80. Despite a tough loss to Georgia, Brownlee’s performance helped Gilas Pilipinas advance to the semifinals of the qualifiers.

Teammates Kai Sotto and Dwight Ramos have hailed Brownlee as the Philippines’ Michael Jordan and their best teammate ever, respectively. Brownlee, however, remains humble and credits his success to being a good teammate and striving for team success.

Coach Cone described Brownlee as the best teammate he has ever seen, emphasizing his ability to elevate the play of those around him. Brownlee and Gilas Pilipinas will face Brazil in the semifinals of the FIBA OQT, as they aim to secure a spot in the finals.
