Writers and director of ‘Hello, Love, Again’ give sneak peek of sequel storyline and location scouting in Canada

Director Cathy Garcia-Sampana announced that they have conducted interviews and immersion with Filipinos and non-Filipinos in Canada for the upcoming Kathryn Bernardo-Alden Richards movie “Hello, Love, Again.” The long-rumored sequel to the 2019 hit film was confirmed by Deadline and later during a special event at ABS-CBN. Both lead stars shared that the storyline of the sequel will be “familiar but different,” as mentioned by writer Carmi Raymundo. The film will explore the changes in the characters and their love for each other after five years. The movie will also highlight the lives of overseas Filipino workers in Canada. Interestingly, the sequel was five years in the making, with a producer predicting its continuation from the start. “Hello, Love, Again” is a collaboration between GMA Pictures and Star Cinema and is set to premiere in Philippine theaters on November 13th.
