A magnitude 4.4 earthquake hit Donsol, Sorsogon on Saturday night, according to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs). The quake occurred at 8:36 p.m. with an epicenter located 6 kilometers northwest of Donsol at a depth of 5 kilometers. Intensity II was recorded in Legazpi City in Albay, while Intensity I was detected in Irosin, Sorsogon, and Claveria, Masbate. The agency also reported various instrumental intensities in Milagros, Masbate, and Legazpi City in Albay.
