Korean Artists Jimin and Jungkook of BTS to Star in New Disney+ Travel Show
MANILA, Philippines — Fans of the popular K-pop group BTS have something new to look forward to as Korean artists Jimin and Jungkook are set to star in a travel show on Disney+ titled “Are You Sure?!”
The eight-part series was filmed last year before the two singers enlisted for Korea’s mandatory military service. The show follows Jimin and Jungkook as they visit three destinations — New York in the United States, Sapporo in Japan, and Jeju Island in Korea — to engage in various activities like eating, shopping, cooking, camping, canoeing, swimming, and going on a road trip together.
The official description of the show promises to give viewers a deeper look into Jimin and Jungkook’s chemistry and friendship as they bond over different cultures, activities, and cuisines during their trip.
Fans, known as the Army, are particularly excited to see the two artists together as they both hail from the Korean city of Busan.
The show was teased by Jungkook last November during an online talk show hosted by fellow BTS member Suga. The first two episodes are scheduled to premiere on August 8, with new episodes releasing every Thursday until September 19.
While Jin, the oldest member of BTS, recently completed his military service, Jimin, Jungkook, Suga, RM, J-Hope, and V are expected to finish their service by mid-2025. Stay tuned for the much-awaited travel adventures of Jimin and Jungkook on Disney+!
