Industry Leaders in Digital Innovation Unite at GoDigital Expo

GoDigital Pilipinas is leading the charge in promoting digital literacy and encouraging Filipinos to embrace the digital transformation era. Committed to the mission of creating a highly digitalized Philippines, the organization is working to foster a connected and digitally inclusive society in line with the “Bagong Pilipinas” movement and in support of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr’s vision of bringing the country to the forefront of the digital world stage.

As part of their efforts, GoDigital Pilipinas is gearing up to host the first-ever “Cashless Expo 2023” from November 17 to 19 at the World Trade Center in Pasay City. The three-day expo is set to create awareness and boost consumers’ confidence in digital transactions while celebrating digital progress and innovation.

The event is supported by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), the Department of Agriculture (DA), and the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), and will feature hundreds of exhibitors promoting the “cashless” movement, including farmers and SMEs. Attendees can look forward to a “one-stop bazaar” showcasing the best of the Philippines at affordable prices, with exhibitors only accepting digital payment methods.

The expo is also set to feature engaging talks and learning sessions curated by stakeholders from both the public and private sectors to provide visitors with an immersive and transformative journey into the world of digital transactions.

Leading fintech companies, Maya and GCash, are uniting to support the mission of the event, which is also co-sponsored by PLDT, Visa, Unionbank, Tiktok, Lazada, Zalora, McDonald’s, UnionDigital Bank, RCBC, Grab, and Foodpanda.
