Four young golfers emerged as the top winners in the recent Srixon Junior Championships held at the North Course of the Valley Golf and Country Club. Emil Hernandez, Race Manhit, Precious Zaragoza, and Aerin Chan secured victories in their respective categories, earning them the opportunity to represent the country in the upcoming Srixon-100 Plus Junior Championships in Selangor, Malaysia from July 30 to August 1.
Hernandez and Zaragoza clinched the top spots in the 14-17 category, while Manhit and Chan came out on top in the 11-13 division. Other winners included Monte Andaman for Boys 9-10, Felice Tambunting for Girls 9-10, Cole Galvez for Boys 8 and Under, and Winter Serapio for Girls 8 and Under.
The leaderboard for the tournament showed impressive performances from the young golfers in various age categories. The event was organized by Play Golf and attracted talented junior golfers from the Philippines.
