Claudine Barretto Gains Title of “Queen of Gratefulness” as Viral Thank You Videos Circulate

Claudine Barretto has recently found herself in the spotlight as videos of her repeatedly saying “thank you so much” have gone viral on social media. Some of her friends have even tagged her as the “queen of gratefulness.”

The videos depict Barretto pausing and expressing her gratitude before abruptly transitioning to another clip of her doing the same. In the background, she is often seen surrounded by food from catering services and products from various businesses.

When approached for a comment on the viral videos, Barretto expressed her surprise, stating that she had not seen much of the content herself. Despite this, she acknowledged feeling flattered that netizens had taken notice of the videos.

In an interview with TV Patrol, Barretto shared her reaction to the viral videos, saying, “I don’t know! My friends told me about it. I haven’t seen the videos yet but I’m happy that I’m being tagged as the queen of gratefulness. I’m not offended by it because it’s a nice thing.”

The actress also attributed the videos’ popularity to her support for emerging businesses on social media, speculating that this may have contributed to their virality.

In addition to the viral videos, Barretto made headlines last month for her vocal support of legalizing divorce in the Philippines. She emphasized the importance of giving individuals the opportunity to rectify their mistakes, citing her ongoing annulment case with estranged husband Raymart Santiago.

As the trend of expressing gratitude continues to spread online, other personalities, including SB19 and Sen. Risa Hontiveros, have joined in on the fun by creating their versions of the trend.

Barretto’s journey from expressing gratitude in viral videos to advocating for social issues has captured the attention of many, solidifying her status as a prominent figure both online and offline.
